FOR AN EXISTING COUNTERTOP: Most people with a basic level of “handyman” skills choose to install the mat themselves. Simply peel and stick a custom or standard stick-on heating mat underneath your overhang. We can design a mat that works around support beams, unique shapes and rounded edges as it is important to place the mat as close to the front of your counter as possible.
FOR A NEW COUNTERTOP: We can work with your professional contractor to match the exact size and shape of the countertop area you’re looking to heat. The installer will simply adhere the ultra-thin mat to the stone before placing the stone onto the cabinetry.
We also offer a compressed heating mat that can quickly roll out on a solid support substrate before the new stone is placed. This option is only applicable if the countertop will be supported by solid wood (with no stone overhang).
